CallPro CRM records the outcome of each call in the call history which automatically manages the call list

Call back lists are maintained to ensure calls are made until a successful outcome.

Credit control

  • Collect cash sooner by sending dunning (collection) email campaigns automatically.
  • Xero Contacts and sales invoices transferred directly to CallPro CRM.
  • View customers in CallPro CRM, sorted by the total amount overdue, or by oldest overdue to prioritize any calling.
  • View outstanding invoices within CallPro CRM.
  • Integration enables credit control staff to call target customers and record call outcomes for future reference.

Sales and Marketing

  • Leverage sales from existing clients by actively marketing to them.
  • Create marketing campaigns based on customers previous purchases or even products not purchased (ie information in Xero)
